Shipping & Returns
Shipping and Handling. Shipping and handling are generally based on the value of your order. However, to ensure your purchase is delivered in an efficient, economical way, we review each order and consider such factors as weight, size, and final destination of the item. The shipping amount for your total order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.
Standard Delivery. At this time, we only offer standard delivery. Standard shipping is curbside delivery only. It is your responsibility to assist in the delivery and to remove all packaging materials, which could include cardboard cartons as well as a protective wooden crate. Please have someone available to assist in unloading your delivery from the delivery truck. Your driver is not responsible for helping unload your furniture.
Lead Time. All frames that are on this website are in stock and ready to ship, but most frames cannot be used without cushions. It usually takes 4-6 weeks (sometimes 8 weeks during Spring and Summer) to make cushions in our cushion factory. Please call us to get the latest ETA on cushions. Our cushion factory has an efficient team dedicated to a prompt turnaround on your custom cushions.
All terms of shipping will vary depending upon the location of you, the customer. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
Freight Damage; Goods Received In Error. You should inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival. All goods are considered to be in good condition as of delivery and not delivered in error, unless they are reported as defective or delivered in error within one (1) business day of receipt at the shipping address on record. You should make note of any damage to boxes when signing for delivery. You must report any damage to boxes, material defects, or errors in delivery promptly to Summer Classics by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (1-877-594-9756 within one (1) business day of receipt at the shipping address of record. No replacements or refunds will be given for goods moved or re-shipped after receipt at the shipping address on record. Defective goods and goods delivered in error may be returned to Summer Classics only after obtaining a return material authorization number from Summer Classics. Summer Classics will arrange for pickup of the returnable goods. If Summer Classics determines after inspection that a returned good contains a material defect, Summer Classics will repair or replace the good free of charge. If Summer Classics determines that a returned good was delivered in error, Summer Classics will correct such error and deliver the goods you ordered to you.
Non-Custom Orders. For non-custom orders, your credit card will be charged immediately and your order will be processed for immediate shipment.
Custom Orders. For orders with custom-made cushions, production will begin immediately upon order placement. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be charged when a custom order is placed. The balance will be charged prior to shipping.
